This confidentiality agreement form, sometimes also referred to as a non-disclosure agreement, applies when a person - individual or business - which is about to disclose certain confidential information (e.g: financial statements, client list, price list, inventions, software, etc.) to a potential purchaser of the business wishes to obtain a confidentiality undertaking from the latter.
